- Folio 199. Draft letter from W G L [William Golden Lumley, Assistant Secretary to the Poor Law Commission] to R M Hodge [Richard Michell Hodge], Clerk to the Guardians of the Truro Poor Law Union, referring to his letter of 16 September 1841, concerning the sale of parish property. He requests that the lease, under which the poor house in Kea was held, be forwarded to the Commission. He also asks Hodge for a reference to the authority, which is represented as coming from the Commission, to build a house for the governor. Paper Number: 8784/A/1841. Poor Law Union Number 57. Counties: Cornwall.
