1 individual petition (Alexander Wilson) on behalf of Robert Baddeley convicted at Chester Assizes in April 1821 of poaching. Letter from J N Horton forwarding the petition. Grounds for clemency: no aggravating circumstances. Good conduct in prison has given him another year's remission on his sentence. As this is last year of his imprisonment asks for a release. Initial sentence: transportation for 7 years commuted to imprisonment for 5 years. Annotated: to be considered when recommended from the hulks. MK11
