Letter from Mr Pickard, Chairman of Dorset Quarter Sessions forwarding letters for remission for sentence. Grounds for clemency: has spent the last four months in the prison infirmary. Previous good character. Surgeon and Gaoler both believe that he may decline and his continued imprisonment may affect his life. Annotated: 'Remission prepared 11 February.' MH31
