Description

Licence number 9463: James Fulsher or James Fulcher.

Caption order and prison record from when he was convicted of killing one sheep with intent to steal part of the carcase at the Quarter Sessions at Spalding, Lincolnshire 18 October 1855.

Then aged 53 years and by trade a agricultural labourer.

Sentence: 6 years transportation.

Licence granted 29 June 1861, for early release from Portland prison.
