'Vaccination Extension Act' form from J R Tomlin [James Robinson Tomlin] Clerk to the Guardians of the Reeth Poor Law Union to the Poor Law Board, listing the names or districts of the public vaccinators and the numbers and ages of people vaccinated for the year ended 29 September 1852. Also noted are the number of births in the union during the year and any observations. J R McCollah, [John Richard McCollah] vaccinator for Reeth District, 78 vaccinated, all successful; 146 births registered. William Rudd, vaccinator for Muker District, 47 vaccinated, one failed; 104 births registered. Poor Law Union Number 555. Counties: Yorkshire North Riding.
