Description

William Wellesley Pole. Have no objection to the petition of three Portsea Pilots who seek to be borne on the Flagship's books when off duty as Pilots. Are sending a letter from Admiral Otway recommending that the Pilots be borne on Flagship's books since they are constantly employed in the King's service.
