William Wellesley Pole. Captain T.E. Douglas of the Bellona has drawn a bill for the amount paid to William Bonney for watching the cutter Zenobia after her stranding near the False Cape under an agreement with Major Erasmus Haynes. The account was delayed by an error in the voucher sent by Captain Douglas to Consul Hamilton. Two merchants at Norfolk, Virginia have certified the voucher as correct.
