Hon. William Wellesley Pole. Mr. Territer has applied for the arrears of full and half pay due to the late Lieutenant Brent Johnston, late of the Zebra and the arrears of pay due to the late Lieutenant E. Territer of the Knockingham Signal Station near Liverpool. How Lieutenant Johnston stands on the books. Captain Bowles commanded the Zebra and his certificate of the Lieutenant's services has not been produced. Opine because of the Lieutenant's death it can be dispensed with Admiralty approval. Lieutenant Johnston is not on the Half Pay List to December 1807 but if he was employed earlier the executrix may be paid what is due to December 1807 on Admiralty order. There is no pay due to Lieutenant Territer as his account has been passed and there is a balance due to the public
