William Wellesley Pole. Captain Henry Lambert has sought a refund for the over-valuation of the Psyche, on her capture in India. Mr Hoseason, Acting Naval Officer at Madras, drew bills in June 1806, for the purchase of the ship. Captain Lambert seeks the difference between the sum received by the Captors and the allowed valuation. Opine it appears proper that the head money bill is paid to the Treasurer of the Navy in part and the agents have been advised.
