Description

William Wellesley Pole. William Rhodes, late Purser of the Lapwing, has petitioned for his personal pay. The Captain has passed his accounts and as the slop book is irrecoverable, having been thrown overboard, recommend his wages are withheld until the Victualling accounts have been passed.
