Description

Philip Stephens. The Master of the Mercury tender is to proceed to Barnstable and the Swift to proceed to Newcastle. The Mercury, Swift, Chance and Adventure tenders sailed from Deptford but the Adventure and Swift have stopped at Blackwall due to high winds, and will sail at the next high water. The Good Intent and Betsey's Friendship, hired to complete the number ordered, will be measured in a day or so and then got ready.
