Description

Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Cumming, Agent for the Transports, informs us he arrived at Portsmouth yesterday, in the Pallas Transport with General Gage, having left Boston on the 10th October. Have directed the Agent to go with the Pallas to Deptford, without loss of time and ask for approval
