Description

Philip Stephens. Arthur Cuthbert, the Naval Storekeeper in the East Indies, informs us from Fort St. George that he has drawn bills of exchange by order of Rear Admiral Sit Robert Harland for stores and contingent charges of the Squadron. Augustus Salwen Willett has drawn bills at Fort St. George for slops and beds, purchased for the Squadron, countersigned by Sir Robert. Ask if they may be accepted
