Description

Philip Stephens. Money is to be sent to Portsmouth for Plymouth to carry on the quarters wages to the workmen of the dock and ropeyards at Portsmouth and Plymouth. Ask for a ship to be appointed to receive the money at Portsmouth and take it to Plymouth
