Description

Philip Stephens. Lieutenant Thomas Lewis, who was employed under the directions of Captain John Vaughan to procure men at Milford, has submitted an account of his disbursements which include an item for travelling from London to Milford and back to London. The Admiralty order was addressed to him an Lantstephan near Haverfordwest and not in London. Ask whether it can be allowed
