Description

Philip Stephens. Henry Mattock hs asked for dispensation for the books and papers to pass the accounts of John Abbott, deceased, as Surgeon of the Hussar, if he swears that no books or other papers can be found. Mr. Abbott was warranted for the Hussar in August 1757 and discharged for preferment in October 1758. There is no objection to dispensation on the usual affidavit being made
