Description

Mr. Brett to the Board. The clause for receiving the stoppages from the troops sent abroad in 1765-1766 in the following orders (dates are given) to this Board for taking up transports is omitted. The soldiers were put under stoppage an the amount will be lost to the Navy unless the Victualling are directed to demand it
