Description

Philip Stephens. The Admiralty have been informed of the Boatswains of the Echo, Robert Holmes, Nottingham, George Needham, Norwich, John Smith, Sutherland, James Levington, and Cerberus, John Maloney, in Ordinary at Chatham, being detected in selling the King's stores. Commissioner Hanway has no corroborating proof to strengthen the evidence
