Description

John Clevland. Commissioner Colby at Gibraltar informs us that Mr. Lillicrap, Clerk of the Cheque has died and Vice Admiral Saunders has appointed Samuel More, his Secretary, to succeed him. Ask if Mr. More is to be continued in that post and whether bills he draws on us are to be paid
