Description

Thomas Corbett. Mr. Clevland reports receipt of a petition from William Hutcheson, owner of the Convenor armed vessel, who is owed two month's pay. The vessel is at Deptford being fitted out before sailing to Ireland. Mr. Hutcheson finds it difficult to work with Lieutenant Sbirrel who complains the ship is inadequately manned. We agree the contract should be terminated from June.
