Thomas Corbett. Mr. Osborne has sent a letter from the Board of Ordnance asking for the Whitehaven to be supplied with her guns and gunner's stores. They have not received an account from us of the height of her ports in order to make the carriages. Have directed Mr. Slade to go to Whitehaven to account for the number and nature of the guns, which he has done but he has omitted the information for the quarterdeck and will need to send that information
