Thomas Corbett. Mr. Thames, appointed in the absence of Mr. Wallace, to go with the transports to Campveer in Zealand, informs us from the Nore that Rear Admiral Byng had ordered the Constant Martha to go with the other transports in case she is needed. He intended to distribute the provisions on board her which were designed for Ostend.
