Thomas Corbett. Mr. Wallace, Agent for Transports acquaints us from Dover Road that he was ordered by Commodore Smith to go with all the Transports under convoy of the Ludlow Castle to take in water for the Garrison of Ostend. Four of the ships with no provisions on board for the forces will be sufficient for the purpose and the rest can wait at Dover Road for directions.
