Folios 166A-167B. Letter and enclosure from the Duke of Wellington, London, regarding further depositions from the Winchester Gaol, [Hampshire]. The enclosure takes the form of a letter from Mr Lewis, Mayor of Basingstoke. He writes to enclose copies of depositions [not included] taken before the magistrates of the town against the rioters committed to Winchester Gaol.
