William Moss sends details of new Lodge members as Fielding Wallis, Samuel Butler, Robert Dalton and William Taylure. The Lodge will send a contribution to the fund for building the new Freemasons' Hall In London as soon as circumstances permit by Bro Sadler of Darlington.

Lennox Lodge, No. 123 was established in 1763 and met at the Freemasons' Arms, Bargate, Richmond, Yorkshire. The lodge was named the Lennox Lodge in 1799. The lodge now meets at the Masonic Hall, 16 Newbiggin, Richmond.
Samuel Butler, an actor and theatre manager, c.1750-1812, built and ran eight theatres as part of a north eastern circuit at Richmond, Beverley, Harrogate, Kendal, Northallerton, Ripon, Ulverston and Whitby.
