Philemon Heynes of Cardington farmer, surviving devisee in trust of the will of William Corfield junior (Richard Wilding the other devisee in trust having died 17 January 1883) who was devisee in trust of the will of his father William Corfield junior who was the surviving devisee in trust of the will dated 14 November 1833 of William Corfield, surrendered a customary messuage formerly in possession of Humphrey Child, and also a parcel of land called Bletchup, except the part now used for the Shrewsbury-Hereford Railway, all in Little Stretton, formerly in possession of Edward Rea. Wilding and Heynes were admitted 10 October 1861 (tithe map nos 1619-1622) containing 1r 19p (Mr Edward Benbow), all long subdivided as OS sheet LVI 13 s.Shropshire 1/2500, nos 1425, 1394, 1397 and area calculated in area book as 6404 acre to use of Fanny Elizabeth Craig of No 1000 1 Binham, Ludlow, widow and her heirs customary
