Pp M1-M338. This is the most bulky of the sets of notes and is divided into subsection's according to subject content. The page numbers are given below per subsection, with a note of each subsections' contents and any primary documents included therein. This was the only set of notes where Palmer's original filing system had survived relatively intact.
