i Ann Denny of Manchester, widow, and James Eilbeck of Keswick, co. Cumberland, house painter, and Mary his wife, Ann Denny and Mary Eilbeck being 2 of the daughters and co-heiresses of Richard Burns late of Ulverstone, butcher, deceased, to ii James Wharton, weaver, iii Thomas Woodend, shoemaker, both of Ulverstone -- their two thirds parts of 2 cottages formerly used as a butching house on the east side of the highway leading from Daltongate in Ulverstone to Stockbridge, formerly the property of Richard Burns -- to the use of such persons as J.W. shall appoint, and until such payment is made to the use of J.W. for life and after that to J.W. in trust for J.W. and his wife Agnes. J.E. and F.E. to levy a fine at the next assizes
