3. The Burial Board of the parishes of St. Chad, St. Mary, St. Julian, St. Alkmond, Holy Cross and St. Giles, and Meole Brace, a body corporate

Draft conveyance of lands, formerly part of the Bank Farm, Meole Brace, for a consideration of £4,000, subject to existing footpaths and to vicarial tithe

Note endorsed, that the original conveyance is supposed to have been destroyed in the Guildhall Fire 1880. Initialled J. W.
