(c) agree to stand possessed of £400, upon trust, part of £858 belonging to (a).
with (i) attested copy, 1 April 1869, of the burial register at Waimea East, Nelson, New Zealand, relating to the burial, 2 April 1867, of Henry Sait; (ii) letter, 19 May 1870, from Ann Wait Challen at Pound Street, Petworth, to Messrs. Holmes at Arundel.
