Description

The Trustees of the Almshouse Charity to take:

Five equal eighth parts of a parcel of ground at the rear of the Almshouses in Kingston, bounded on the southern side by the gardens of the Almshouses and on the Northern side by land formerly belonging to the Misses Fisher and late to the London and South Western Railway (part of number 163 and number 212 on the Ordnance Survey Map), the whole parcel containing 2 roods, 10 perches

The Governors of the Endowed Schools to take in exchange:

Parcel of land near the southern end of the Fairfield in Kingston, bounded on the south side by the Fairfield Road, on the north side by land now or late of Mr Taylor, on the west side by land of the Society of Friends Trustees of the "Poor Charity", and on the east side by land of the Chelsea Water Works and others (the boundary line between the land of the Society of Friends and the land belonging to the Trustees of the Almshouse Charity being a line passing through the line of stumps on the western side of the piece of land belonging to the Trustees of the Almshouse Charity)
