Description

Henry Crompton of Stone Park co Staffs Esq., (inheritor of the reversion expectant on the termination of a lease to Nicholas Harrison, of the Coneyberry House) TO Nicholas Harrison of Broseley master collier

Deed poll, covenanting to pay £31.12.0 to Harrison at the termination of the lease or in default to allow Harrison to enjoy a pew of 4 kneelings on the north side of the little aisle, a pew of 4 kneelings on the south side of the little aisle, 2 kneelings in 2 pews at the lower end of the north side of the great aisle next to the font, 2 kneelings in the 5th pew from the pulpit on the south of the great aisle, and 2 kneelings in the 9th pew from the pulpit on the south side, which have been alloted by George Weld of Willie Esq., Richard Benthall of Benthall gentleman, Henry Langly of Noke gentleman, John Mathews Rector of Broseley, and Edward Cox of Broseley yeoman (by virtue of a commission from the Hereford Consistory Court) in consideration of £31.12.0 paid towards the rebuilding of the church.
