Mortgage: Jonas Whitstons of Barnicke, co. Northampton, gent., to Abel Barker of Hambleton, co. Rutland, gent.: in consideration of the sum of £200, Jonas demises to Abel his watermill in TALINGTON for 99 years at pepper corn rent, and to the King yearly rent of 40 shillings: mortgage redeemable for £232 payable as follows, viz. £8 on 7 December following, and £208 on 10th June 1637.
