Collection of Major-General George Crawford Hogg (1842-1941), who entered the Bombay Cavalry in 1858 and served in the Second Afghan War 1878-80; he was Quartermaster General, Bombay 1891-95 and commanded the Deesa District 1895-1900; transferred to unemployed supernumerary list 1904.
