LEASE for 1 year and RELEASE to make a tenant to the Precipe for suffering a Recovery by Randle Wilbraham of Rode Hall, esq., his e. & o. surviving son Randle Wilbraham junior of Frances Maria Wilbraham, esq., and Richard Whitmore of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex, gentleman, to George Lowe of Nantwich, gentleman, ---- MANOR/LORDSHIP of HUXLEY, the Moiety of the MANOR/LORDSHIP of RODE alias ODD RODE, the capital messuage/Mansion House called RODE HALL with all its demesne lands, and also 1 messuage/tenement with its lands in tenure of Randle Turner, and also Roger's Tenement, and also messuages/tenements and farms formerly in tenures of Joseph Dalo, George Goodall, William Coleclough, John Smith, John Johnson and Samuell Bratt, all the above being in RODE alias ODD RODE, and also RODE MILL in ODD RODE, and other messuages mills tenements demesne and other lands formerly in tenures of James Done, Jeffry Cheers, Damiel Burghall, Benjamin Dutton and Roger Tittle, all in HUXLEY and HARGREAVE, and also messuages tenements and lands formerly in occupation of Thomas Large, and also cottages in tenures of Edward James, William Jackson, George Lloyd and ------ Large, all in HUXLEY.
