- manuscript catalogue of the books in the library of the Barclays of Ury, Kincardineshire (now Aberdeenshire), dated 1774 (with a few additions up to the 1790s), Scottish Quaker library, contains the books of five generations of Scottish Quakers: 547 numbered titles are listed, plus a few unnumbered, as well as perhaps 80 more "pamphlets in the chest"
