Nature of request
Letter of Prince Edward to the good people of the king's council requesting that they will advance the business of Agnes Burdon's dower, or if they cannot act without knowing the king's will, then to certify him so that he is better able to do grace. Given under the prince's privy seal at
Nature of endorsement
It was previously answered that if her husband had lived he would have retained none of those lands, and therefore she could have no dower from those lands, and the king gave to her 10 marks of land for her sustenance in Polsworth for the term of her life, of which she should hold herself content.
