Penycook shows that Richard Bevill, her father, whose heir she is, was seised of the manor of Walton, and after his death it descended to her, and she was seised and peacefully occupied the same, until now, as the abbot has entered Walton Heath and Fen which are parcel of her manor, and disseised her contrary to all right and conscience. It may therefore please the good council [to provide remedy].
