Nature of request
Anne More requests a remedy as she was endowed by writ of dower of a messuage and land in Moor and Ley in the parish of St Ive, and was peaceably seised of the same until William More came on Tuesday next after St Bartholomew's day, riotously arrayed in manner of war against the king's laws and peace and entered the messuage and land and took cattle found there, and he continues day and night to vex her tenants that they dare not occupy the messuage and land for fear of death, to More's great hurt and damage.
