- Carlyon shows that he was bound in an obligation to Wattobey in a certain sum for which he delivered 5 bullocks to Wattobey, but Wattobey would not deliver the obligation and afterwards maliciously sued and troubled the petitioner so that he gave him two additional bullocks, and 20s., and still he will not deliver the obligation and continues to sue him. Carlyon requests that a remedy is considered for him.
