Trevga requests that the constables of the parish of [...] be commanded to bring Potteford before them to answer the billpetitioner, as Trevga complains that Potteford on the 15 August in the tenth year of King Edward came with force and arms by the support and maintenance of John Arundel, knight and forceably entered a tenement and 10 acres of land at Tregaswith, Trevga being seised of the same by reason of a feoffment and also a recovery that he had against Potteford, and he disseised him until the present day against the king's peace and to the petitioner's great hurt. Trevga cannot have recovery or remedy against him by the common law.
