[The petition is badly damaged so that the full sense of the lower half of the petition is not clear].Bukhorne states that he was the servant of Richard Winnington, and he gave him due notice that he was going to leave his service, and Winnington, taking displeasure at this had him indicted of [...] deer in the forest of Delamere [...] wherein he yet stands under arrest, and he was informed that he was outlawed [...][The petitioner seems to request that he is restored, and further complains of assaults made against him by Winnington and his brothers].
