Hugh Poyntz states that William Trevet used to hold three knights' fees in Chilton Trivett, Idson, and Cock of Robert Wallraund, of the manor of Stogursey, who held them of Hugh of his manor of Curry Malet. Stogursey is now in the king's hand because Robert's heir is an idiot, and Hugh has not received his scutage for these three fees as he should do, and as he and his ancestors have done in the past. He requests grace and a remedy.

He is to have a writ of Chancery to levy his scutage.
