Sir John Jennings to Dartmouth: the empress has taken measures for the restitution of captured English ships and the release of the Moors, whom he has sent to Barbary. He thinks this will remove the necessity for reprisals. He has written to the viceroy of Majorca about provisions and the grand master of Malta about the complaints against him. The empress will embark with her household in four or five days. Resources required for transporting 36,000 German troops from Spain. Dated on board Blenheim in Barcelona road. No. 114
