- Seint Pol makes a supplication for Vigne who is deceased, as he was sent into Spain carrying letters to obtain victuals to save Bayonne, but he was taken at Vitoria and ransomed for 100 li. Tornais, and afterwards put in more secure imprisonment and ransomed for £100 sterling. As Vigne was taken while taking messages for the king as the people of Bayonne attest, St Pol requests that the goods of those of Vitoria be arrested throughout the power of the king until the 100 li. Tornais and £100 sterling are levied for Vigne's alms.
