- The petition is dated to c. 1290 as it makes mention of the soul of the queen and presumably refers to a time shortly after the death of Queen Eleanor. SC 8/325/E699 is similarly dated, but it is noted in the dating to that petition that the petition may actually dates to c. 1294.
