Berkeleye requests remedy as by reason of his liberty of Berkeley he does not contribute to common fines made by the commonalty of the county for eyres nor makes suit to the court, but now he is distrained to contribute to the fine made before Saham and his companions.

The treasurer should make to assemble the justices and barons of the Exchequer to see what ought to be done.
