Resolution of a council of war held on board HMS Ranelagh in Tarragona road that in view of the English fleet's need to refit and victual, the expedition against Valencia should be postponed until the king's cavalry from Catalonia can arrive at Valencia. When it is over the English will sail for Port Mahon to refit and the Dutch will return to Holland, escorting the convoy from Majorca [2 copies].
