Folios 222-223. Letter from Mr Cartwright, Stevenstone, Devon, regarding 2 farms in Chittlehampton, the property of Lord Rolle, which were set on fire. A steel[?] made from an old file with a handle attached to it was found on one of the farms [a sketch has been made of this object]. He encloses a handbill offering 100 guineas reward to whoever will discover the offender or offenders.
