Letter from H A Lyster, Abergavenny, Monmouthshire, enclosing an advertisement offering 100 guineas reward for anyone who gives information leading to the conviction of the offenders who set fire to 2 haystacks belonging to Mr Lyster. In the letter he is asking government whether this is a case in which they would offer any further reward.
